1:1 support suitable for individuals, families, educational settings and organisations.

During these intimate sessions I aim to delve into your concerns and answer any questions and in turn share some meaningful insights and strategies.

1:1 support services does not include any write up/ report unless disclosed and agreed prior and thus pricing will be altered accordingly.

1 | Face to face support

£90 per hour

*plus 45p per mile (and additional £25 per hour when travel exceeds 1 hour.)

2 | Virtual support

£90 per hour

3 | Boost consultation (virtual/telephone call)

£45 capped at 30 minutes
